Excellent calendar ....needs improvement

I love it
I wish the calendar will highlight the events that will happen on the day instead of listing the previous days as well. May be I did not set it up right.
It should also give an alarm or a message warning to the user that the event is so close to the time scheduled
Other wise, it is very nice.
