Event Creation Issues

Have to constantly re-enter events if they have any type of special character in them, like a dollar sign, comma or decimal point. This has never been fixed. Very frustrating, especially when you entered a lot of info, and find that you have to enter all of it again because it deleted everything after the first special character!
