Testing

Just testing to see if a 5-star rating pops up automatically. My 1-star opinion doesn’t seem to be showing up.

I used it to document everything, and after signing in and out of my account (something
‘support’ suggested I do to fix an unrelated bug) ALL OF MY APPOINTMENTS FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR ERASED! My entire year is gone. Support said there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund about 3 weeks ago (I purchased the upgrade for $9.99), and have received no reply.

I’m hoping that writing a review will push them to help me get my appointments back.
